We hope you all had a wonderful holiday break, filled with time spent doing the things you love. It’s been an incredibly busy and exciting year for us, especially with the expansion of our team.
We’re thrilled to introduce our amazing team members: Daryl, Doug, Fran, Paula, Lindsay, Charlotte and, of course, Lee and Rachael.
Lemonwood Estate
We are very proud of the 37 homes developed here. It’s been incredible to see these take shape, and we’re extremely proud of the outcome.

Selwyn Meadows is now live, featuring 12 new homes, with some already sold off plan.

This has now kicked off and is a major development for Rolleston with 1,200 homes planned. This exciting project will also include a new primary school and a supermarket, bringing even more amenities to the community.
Titanium Property Development has secured 12 sections in the development with plans for more in the near future.
